"Charlie In His Cups" is about a dog and a cup, nothing more. Why the filmmaker pluralized the title I'm not sure. Don't read on if you don't want me to give away the end. There isn't one, unless the fact the main (and only) character gives up the cup to lick his balls an ending. The acting is so so, but the writing and directing are non existent. Surprising coming from the would've could've should've been of the last century.
